Talent recruitment for the non-profit sector

Deborah will be speaking with us today about How the Pandemic has Influenced the War for Talent in Non-profit Organizations.  She’ll share the very real human resource challenges that charities are facing today and how its impacting how they operate.  She’ll also offer us her recommendations on how to address these challenges and her predications for what’s next.

Deborah is the president and owner of crawfordconnect, an executive search firm that has been recruiting talent for Canada’s non-profit sector since 1996.  She has spent more than 35 years serving charities and non-profit organizations in various capacities: leading capital campaigns, and foundations across Canada and the US.  For the past two decades Deborah has successfully placed C-Suite leaders in charitable organizations in healthcare, social services, higher education and faith-based organizations. She is also a dedicated volunteer and currently serves on the board of Our Place Peel, a homeless youth shelter in Peel Region.
