Coping with the ongoing COVID pandemic is proving to be quite a challenge for many of us.

To help us find a balance, a monthly series of talks has been scheduled to take place this winter, hosted by Dr. Anne Marie Zajdlik and Helen Fishburn of the Canadian Mental Health Association-Waterloo Wellington, with sessions facilitated by Marva Wisdom. Both Anne Marie and Marva are members of the Rotary Club of Guelph.

Each session will have a community leader as guest speaker. The next session on November 9 will feature Dr. Doug Friars, Guelph Family Health Team and Guelph COVID-19 Clinic Lead.

To participate, you need to sign up in advance, here: findingthebalanceduringcovid19.eventbrite.ca

Attending is free but donations will be gratefully received and shared with Bracelet of Hope and HOPE House.
