POLICE CHECK DECLARATION FORM
Back in April 2026, our club reviewed and relaunched its Police Check Policy. At this time, the policy calls for members
with 5 or more years of membership in Rotary
and who are currently under 75 years of age
to help bring our club records up to date by completing and submitting a simple Offence Declaration form downloadable here. It can be printed and handed to Ian Blain at a club meeting, or emailed to SafePractices@rotaryguelph.ca.

PRIORITIES FOR OUR CLUB
At our club meeting on Friday, June 5, 2026, the members in attendance were invited to prioritize various suggestions previously submitted to the club. For members who were absent from this meeting, or wanting additional time to reflect on the points listed, our online form is available to respond by June 30, 2026. The results of this survey will help shape our club's future direction.

UPCOMING
Our annual Summer Picnic is at the Guelph Nature Centre on Friday, June 12th at 12 noon and takes the place of our usual meeting at the ICC. Our fellowship committee (Noma, actually!) has arranged for us to gather at the picnic tables outside the Nature Centre and share a potluck meal, with the added bonus of a guided tour of the Nature Centre that received a $250,000 donation from our club's charitable foundation. Read about that here. To make this a true potluck, each member is asked to bring a dish large enough to serve approximately 7 people. Members (and their guests) should also bring their own plate, cup and utensils, including a fork, knife and spoon. The address is 7677 Conservation Rd RR4, Guelph. Directions may be found here.

The committee is asking for full club support on this event. Besides buying and helping to sell tickets, you can support in the following ways:
Donate a bottle of red and a bottle of white for one of our most popular live auction items (a wagon full of wine)
Donate, or arrange to have an item donated to be sold in the silent auction (or donate $50 to go towards the purchase of a great item)
