ROTARY MENTORING
In 1999, 25 Rotarians volunteered to deliver “life talks” to College Heights students, discussing how their childhood and youth influenced their careers and other aspects of their life. The students' reaction to this was very positive, leading the principal of the school to ask Rotary to make this a regular event. In the early years, Rotarians Paul Dredge, Ron Moses, Don Bower, Doug Bennett and John Brubacher were key organizers of this activity which was also extended to other high schools in Guelph.
