OUR COMMITTEE'S MANDATE

THE MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE TEAM'S GOAL IS TO HELP THE CLUB FOSTER A WARM, SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT.

  • Increase club membership by seeking and actioning recruitment opportunities.

  • Process New Member proposals, from inquiry through to induction.

  • Support New Members to learn about Rotary and our club activities, from induction through to the New Member’s self-introduction presentation to our club.

  • Focus on retaining members, through club activities, communications, surveys and working with the club’s board on action plans.

  • Enhance club fellowship by planning and organizing events to promote fellowship amongst Club Members and their families, such as:

    • Guess Who’s Coming To Dinner

    • Summer Picnic

    • Fall BBQ

    • Christmas Lunch

    • Friday Fellowship meetings,

    • … and more

  • Guide the club's member care so that:

    • Members are contacted and visited when they experience important events.

    • Members are contacted during lengthy absences from the club, whether planned (e.g. leave of absence; recovery period) or when the reason for absence is unknown.
